Ten Outstanding Youth Malaysia ( TOYM) Program was originated from Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World Program, which was developed by Duwood Howes, the Presidents of the United States of Jaycee for year 1930 and 1931. Junior Chamber International adopted Program in year 1982.
